GENERAL HOUSE RULES

• Please empty the filter of the tumble dryer after each cycle.
• Lock the grid of the entrance upon leaving the property.
• Don’t make fire in the BBQ – fire hazard in dry periods (heavy fines possible)
• Close the big umbrella when it’s really windy.
• When it rains we ask you to put the cushions of the garden furniture under a roof
• Don’t remove the mattress covers of the sunloungers.
• Be careful when handling the small round terracotta tables (orange / blue) – they are very fragile
• If you need some cleaning during your stay, please call the number in the above list (who to call)
• When it’s really hot we would appreciate if you water the potted plants outside.
• Thank you for leaving the house and the property in a clean state when leaving (empty trash bins, clean oven & bbq, empty fridge, etc.)

IMPORTANT

• General waste : the bin with the Burgundy cover is collected every day except Sunday – put the bin outside at the level of the mailbox just outside the private gate – use bags instead of loose garbage.
• Packaging and Paper : use the bin with the Yellow cover – it is collected on Tuesday morning – don’t use plastic bags here.
• Glass : use the bin with the Green cover – it is collected on Tuesday morning – don’t use plastic bags.
• The power plug outside (next to kitchen door) is activated by the indoor switch (next to kitchen steps). Please switch it off when not using it anymore.
• Electricity : the main switchboard is located above the sofa in the tv corner.
